Mark DeSantis

Owner/Licensed Massage Therapist

Mark is the founder and owner of Quality of Life Massage & Wellness in Norwich and Rocky Hill, as well as Prospect Therapeutic Massage. A 2012 honors graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, he brings over a decade of experience to his practice.

Mark is trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial techniques, Sports Massage, and Acupressure. His approach emphasizes clear communication and individualized treatment to meet each client’s unique needs.

He has worked with The Spa at Norwich Inn, Vitality Spa in Old Lyme, the Connecticut Sun of the WNBA, and served as a teaching assistant at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Groton.

Mark is currently available in Norwich and Rocky Hill.

Michelle Abosso

Licensed Massage Therapist

CT License # 8715

Michelle is a graduate of Ridley-Lowell Business and Technical Institute’s Massage Therapy program and has many years of professional experience. She specializes in advanced soft-tissue work, using orthopedic assessment along with her knowledge of trigger points and pain referral patterns to provide effective treatment for active clients and those needing deeper therapeutic work.

She has completed advanced training in Orthopedic Massage for the thoracic and lumbar regions, further strengthening her ability to address complex muscular concerns.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys running, cooking, karaoke, camping, swimming, breathwork, meditation, and spending time with her family.

She is currently available in Norwich.

Jocelyn Skaff

Licensed Massage Therapist

Jocelyn is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and has dedicated her career to supporting each client’s wellness journey. She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone Massage, tailoring every session to provide a safe, relaxing, and healing experience.

With a focus on long-term wellness, Jocelyn works closely with clients to address their unique needs and promote balance, comfort, and overall well-being. Her thoughtful approach ensures that every individual receives personalized care designed to support both physical and mental health.

Gloria Creamer

Gloria is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, licensed in Connecticut, and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, with more than a decade of experience in therapeutic massage.

Her sessions typically combine Deep Tissue, Myofascial, and Swedish techniques, working in rhythm with the client’s breath to release tension caused by stress, postural imbalances, or injury.

Gloria provides a safe, tranquil environment and an intuitive touch, encouraging communication to ensure every massage is customized to each client’s unique needs and preferences.

Carla Chacho

Licensed Massage Therapist

Carla is a graduate of Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy, specializing in Swedish Relaxation, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release. She is also certified in Acupressure, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, and Cupping Therapy, and is a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP).

Carla works with clients to help maintain a lifestyle free of pain and to promote overall health and well-being. She provides individualized treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs, supporting long-term wellness.

Outside of work, Carla enjoys line dancing and caring for her animals, including over 20 goats, 3 horses, and several ducks.

Ruth Douglas

Licensed Massage Therapist

Ruth is a 2013 graduate of Cortiva Institute in Tucson, AZ, licensed in Connecticut, and a long-standing member of the Quality of Life team. She specializes in Sports Therapy and Injury Treatment, and is also experienced in Deep Tissue, Swedish Relaxation, Trigger Point, and Kinesio Taping. Ruth is currently pursuing her Medical Massage Certification to further expand her skills.

With a deep fascination for how the body works, Ruth is dedicated to helping clients live healthier, more active lives through personalized, effective massage care.

Outside of work, Ruth is a mother of three boys, a wife, and enjoys online and board gaming, gardening, and reading.

She is currently available in Norwich.

Twylah is a graduate of Cortiva Institute in Cromwell, licensed in Connecticut, and a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). She specializes in Swedish Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, and Sports Massage, with experience working with athletes. Twylah is also skilled in Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, and Couples Massage, allowing her to tailor sessions to meet each client’s unique needs.

A strong advocate for self-care, Twylah works closely with clients to help them understand and experience the full benefits of massage therapy. She creates a welcoming and comfortable environment where clients can relax, recover, and achieve their wellness goals.

Outside of work, she is a mother and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.

Brittany Bivona

Brittany is a 2010 graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). She specializes in Sports Massage, Orthopedic Assessment, Corrective Exercise, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, and Cupping.

Since 2013, Brittany has worked alongside a chiropractor, expanding her experience in therapeutic and corrective care. She is dedicated to helping clients achieve long-term wellness through individualized treatments that address their unique needs.

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys connecting with nature and has previously served as an Environmental Steward for Maine State Parks, finding that a walk in the woods is restorative for both body and mind.

She is currently available in Rocky Hill.

Margaret Barber

Margaret brings over 21 years of experience as an orthopedic nurse to her massage therapy practice, integrating her medical knowledge into each session. She specializes in Deep Tissue massage and works with a variety of medical-related issues, helping clients improve and maintain mobility, flexibility, and overall well-being through targeted techniques, stretches, and personalized care.

Margaret is dedicated to supporting her clients’ long-term wellness while creating a comfortable and professional environment. Outside of work, she is a dog mom to Daisey and Handsome, and enjoys learning to dance with her fiancé in her spare time.

A retired Connecticut correction officer with 20 years of service, Gene brings discipline, focus, and attention to detail to every session. He is committed to helping clients achieve relaxation, recovery, and overall wellness through individualized, client-centered care.

Outside of work, Gene is a father of three and enjoys writing feature film screenplays. He hopes to share his stories on the big screen in the future.

He is currently available in Rocky Hill.

Keisha is a skilled massage therapist specializing in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage. She is passionate about helping clients take time for themselves, emphasizing that massage benefits both the body and the mind.
