Mark is the founder and owner of Quality of Life Massage & Wellness.
Mark graduated with honors from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2012.
His training includes Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Massage, Sports Massage and Acupressure. Mark's philosophy is to establish a therapeutic connection with each client according to their individual needs. This is achieved through careful communication before, during and after every session. He strives to listen, observe and stay tuned-in and focused on the client at all times.

As a graduate of Ridley Lowell Business and Technical Institute in massage, Michelle has been actively practicing massage going on 7 years. Through her use of orthopedic assessment, knowledge of trigger and pain referral points, Michelle specializes in advance soft tissue manipulation, benefiting those who live an active lifestyle and need more beyond simple Swedish style massage.
Presently, Michelle has received her certificate of completion in Orthopedic Massage of the Thoracic and Lumbar region, as well as the Cervical Spine. She is actively working on completing 5 more regions with the end goal of being nationally certified and recognized as an Orthopedic Massage Therapist.
During her spare time, you can find her hitting the pavement as she is an avid runner, cooking, singing karaoke, camping, swimming, practicing breathwork and meditation, or spending quality time with her little tribe.

Brittany spent many years working along side a Chiropractor in New Hampshire.
She was also an Environmental Steward for Maine State parks and developed interpretative nature walks, organized volunteers to clean up invasive species and to do trail maintenance such as building water bars and retaining walls to prevent erosion. She loves to connect with nature as a walk in the woods has profound effects on one's mental health.
